Mr. Bolano is an Italian licensed legal counsel, trained at the Bar Association of Rome (Italy) after having received a Degree in Law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) at the First University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1998. Mr. Bolano was admitted to the Italian Bar on 2002. He has also worked in prestigious law firms and done several postgraduate studies in law such as a Diploma in International Procedural Law and a postgraduate Course in Company Law.
Ms. Bolano has gained over 20 years of relevant experience with civil and commercial law. Currently, she works for Unicredit bank as legal counsel.
Mr. Bolano is specialized in business law, with particular reference to real estate issues, property law, civil and commercial litigation, inheritance law, distribution law as well as financial and banking law.
